Supporting the Salon Experience
Here at ilo, it is our intention to make the salon experience relaxing and pleasurable for all of our guests. This includes providing a serene and calming environment for our patrons and stylists that is free from distraction.
Please help us make this intention a reality by keeping phones on silent and phone conversations to a minimum. No speaker phones, please.
To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that you please find childcare outside of the salon when booking an appointment.
In order to respect the time of our stylists and of all our guests, we ask that any cancellations happen with as much notice as possible. If the service is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, clients may be charged 50% of the service fee. For unusually long appointments or excessive cancellation issues, a full appointment deposit may be required.
We understand that sometimes issues out of your control may cause you to be late. Please call us if you know that you will be more than a few minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your appointment, reassign to another stylist, or reschedule your appointment.
It is our desire for all our clients to love their hair after visiting the salon. Sometimes communication issues occur between client and stylist that may create results that you did not expect. If this should occur, please let us know at the time of your appointment or contact the salon within 24 hours of the service and we can discuss and schedule a time to take care of you from the original stylist or a stylist of the same level. Appointments for a correction appointment must be within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
We offer one delicious complimentary beverage per guest. Any clients requesting champagne may be asked to show state issued ID.
ilo Style House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
